Quaker Quad Landings… For uncertain reasons the quad at Guilford has changed dramatically. This beautiful space was a bustling social and recreational environment before the age of social media and netflix. For me, there’s a clear correlation there if not solid causation. In any case, my design courses occasionally receive this video prompt. Their assignment is to use their creative tools and design/build skills to bring life back to the quad.
